Abstract

This paper is a work in progress. It outlines a framework for cognitive partnering in the age of AI. The framework emerged from an intensive practicum course at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. It identifies core skills and aptitudes that we should be teaching students to take advantage of generative AI as a robust and risky learning asset. The paper raises many questions, and we invite challenges and feedback on what we propose.
